need help on a ego o7 in the uk

please be a little more descriptive and ill try to help
when you say it will dry fire...do you meen that it is going bang or do you meen it works without air.
also when you say it wont fire paint, wont fire the first shot or stopps firing after a few shots.
also info on the gun, is it new, have you changed anything, what air system etc...

it is not leting me dry fire it at all with air

the air tank i am using is a pmi 5000 psi it is a hi presher

ok turn the gun off then back on.
you should now see a symbol on the top of the screen that looks like () but turned 90 degrees.
put your finger down the feed tube (finger off the trigger) and you should see the symbol change to (.) the dot in the middle should vanish when you remove your finger. is this happening?
