need help (got ripped off)

hi,i got ripped off on ebay buying paintball top and pants, paid as money owed ( i know i'm an idiot), 17 yr old kid name of jack sulivan from s****horpe, he has been kicked off ebay now, i would like to give him a call, so if anyone can help with his address i would like to get my £50 back,he sold a couple of paintball related items so someone might know him.

Yes, you're an absolute idiot but that doesn't mean to suggest you this guy can scam you ... please send me over all his details and we'll see what we can do.
If he's an active player in a team, then we can probably do something but if he's just a scumbag who scams paintballers then I'm afraid there's not much hope for your fifty quid and you'll have to put it down to expereince.

thanks to you all for taking the time to read & give me advice on this, i have now got his address thanks to someone who sold him something on ebay and posted it to him, passed information on to police internet fraud, i will wait and see what they can do.
