I bought a 88ci 5000psi tank. When I filled it to 4500psi it was all good. I played a few games and went to refill. I thought I will try to go to 5000 this time. When I was done filling and the air guy went to dump the air still left in the hose it bleed my tank all the way down to 0psi. I figued it was the fill nipple and bought a new one no biggie. I the went to fill my tank to 4500psi (thinking maby it could not handle 5000psi). After the guy filled my tank it was all good. I played afew more games and then tried to refill again. I went to 4500psi the air guy dumped the air in the hose fine but when I disconnected the hose from my tank the fill nipple was leaking.. So do I try one more fill nipple to see if I just got stuck with to bad ones or do I return the tank and get a new one. All so I have a tourney this weekend and need the 88ci 4500psi (my other tank is 68 3000). Please help me.:(

Are you sure it's a 5000psi tank? Look at the pressure rating on the bottle. When you bought a new fill nipple did you use a new Oring on it? Could be that. That's a weird set of symptoms you got there, I'd have it looked at by a qualified tech

It is deffinetly a 5000 tank. Yes I used a new oring with the new nipple. I talked to PMI and they said try loosening the fill nipple. He said if it is in to far the little piston can't move like it should. I am going to try it out tomorrow. If that doesn't work then I will buy a new fill nipple and see if that helps. :(
