Ramping is a firing mode on your gun,

eg. my mini is set to the PSP ramping which means after the third consecutive trigger pull it will then ramp to 15bps until I stop pulling the trigger. It will then revert to semi auto again until after the third trigger pull.

With your e-vents are you wearing a hood or something that could stop the air flow through the vents in the mask?

still dont get it? wots PSP?
In all honesty no idea its just what the mode is called psp ramping (think its some sort of tournament setting)

Its handy if your not to fast on the trigger, if you've got fast fingers you can fire 15pbs, if not, like me you can use the ramping setting and the circuit board will do all the hard work for you.

Must admit used it on my mini couple of weeks ago but it really hammered the air, its seems more air efficient just using semi automatic.

As above, try not to wear too many layers as you will get hot, as well as them directing moisture into your mask.

Ramping is an assisted firing mode that "ramps" your marker's rate of fire up to a set cap when you pull the trigger at a certain speed. PSP and Millenium (they're large well-known paintball leagues) ramping modes are the most common.

PSP ramping: 4.5 pulls per second activation speed with a 1 second reactivation period (ie, you pull the trigger 5 times in one second and your marker fires at whatever max rof cap you have set, in this case 12bps, and if you wait less than a second between trigger pulls after achieving ramping, it will ramp anyway)

Millennium: 6 pps -> 12bps. if you fall below 6 pulls per second it won't ramp (ie it will shoot semi)

just make sure that your breathing down, outside the mask if you notice it steaming up, and that you can get a good airflow through the top of it.

If it does start to fog up pull the TOP of your mask outwards and breathe normally. Should work as a quick fix when you can't take it off. Also, make sure the lens is clean. I've never had any issues with my events fogging up with the thermal lens even in all-day woodsball situations or in the rain, so I would definately reiterate the trimming down of a few layers to keep you cooler.
