If you have the budget then rotor (second hand price £80)
Otherwise there is a lot of choice with halo b being one of them

Was thinking speed fed but if it rains it will screw the balls up

A pop lid opens & closes, a speed feed saves you the time of opening, and having to make sure it is closed.
Its still possible to use a speed feed in the rain - but you could always keep the original lid in your gear to fit if the weather is too bad.

Rotors are new generation and work like a dream. expensive but worth it
