Need a little help please

unfortunatly when i got this marker it didn't come quite as shown it's minus the OOP and the barrel looks like this has been clamped in vice/grips have PM the user(luke.h) but as yet he has not got back to me with either an explanation or excuse pics below are of what i got and the barrel damage,

I may be able to shed some light on this.

Luke is a friend of mine and plays on the same team, he is away with the RAF alot and doesnt get time to come on here alot to respond to questions but i will make him aware of this thread.

I know that the opps was missing when he posted the Ego off, the bottle he was useing got stuck to the asa and had to be sent away to be removed, the asa has since now been returned and can be sent on. As to the barrel i have no idea?

As lukes discription of the ego was a little vauge and lacking in any info it would be hard to open a dispute as "not as discribed" but once he is made aware of this im sure he will endevour to make good.

As i am on here more than luke you can use me as a 3rd party and i will pass messages on.

It seems like Luke's ability to accurately describe what he's selling has been somewhat compromised .... in fact, I'd say he's got sh!t in his eye.

I have just spoken to Luke regarding this and he said he will try and log in over the next few days and put his side across, but in the mean time i will get the missing oops from his house and post it on, I have been given the address aswell so you should have it by wednesday.

I have now picked up the oops, its the original one thats pictured in the listing.
There is some small tool marks on the underside of the asa but nothing that stops it working. I was told that it had to be clamped to get the bottle reg off which was stuck.

Luke also mentioned to me that he was aware of the marks on the barrel, he said it was like that when he bought it from here but as it didnt impare performance it didnt bother him. (but would have been nice to have been stated in the listing)

Oops has now been posted and should be with you by wednesday, please let ME know when it arrives.

hi sorry guys ive been away with the raf ,foot has filled me in with wot is going on ,i did pm you befor i sent the marker that i was having probs getting my bottle off the gun the but as you had payed for the gun and i had made you wait for it wilst i was trying to get this sorted i pm'ed you to let you know that i was taking the oops off to get it off the bottle and that i would send it on or get you a new one but you never got back to me. as for the barrle i did forget to put that in sorry, but i got that marker off here with them marks and it did not state that in the add for the marker when i got it. but any way you got money off the gun and it was still a cheep 07 ego . again sorry for not getting back to you sooner as foot sed he picked the oops up from my place and has sent it on to you sorry for the hold up on that but as i sed youdid not get back to me when i pm'ed you about it

OOPs arrived, but small tool marks? it's been ripped to hell the t-rail is absolutly knackered so badly you can't fit it on the marker what the hell has been done to this?

If i'd of known the the condition of the barrel what greif and delay the oop would cause i would have never bought this and when i got the pm it was too late to really do anything no indication was given that it'd end up like this or that it'd be another week or 2 to get it i can appreciate working away especially at short notice can hamper comms when selling stuff but not this badly, this marker is way beyond a couple of scratches due to wear an tear. Right now i'd rather send you back this thing and get my money back cos i didn't think it was cheap then i now i certainly don't.
