Neck Protector

Can anyone recommend a neoprene neck protector that will actually go through the washing machine without falling apart.

I got mine from a motorbike clothing shop not had a problem with it. Can i ask what broke? There just a pieces of neoprene with a couple of Velcro strips at the ends.

After the first few wash's the fabric layer came off the neoprene and then it completely self distructed into a few large bits !
