I have a 6.0, and the neck feed is ridiculously high. Put my Evo2 on it and it looks pretty bad. Plus it makes a perfect target, since its so high. Anyways, I need to know how to remove it. I have seen 6.0's with new lowrise neckfeeds, but I cant figure out how to remove it. ANY help would be apprectiated.

its probably been loctited in, what ever you do dont get hold of it with grips as you will scratch the hell out of it or worse....go to b&q and get a strap wrench, should take it off in seconds, if not you might need to heat it up a bit to weaken the glue

I couldn't...

... get my feed neck off no matter how hard I tried. Didn't look like it was threaded, just sort of sat there, like it was heat welded in. I'll let jahlad take a close up look at it next time we play, see what he reckons :)

Better yet, take your gun into a shop and have them change the drop tube. You have a great chance of damaging the threads in your gun if your drop tube is stubborn. Even techs strip them occasionally. the solution is to either JB weld the newer drop tube in place, or buy a new gun body. Good luck.
