Yes, he chooses on his own who plays, i think for Portugal that he has chosen to go with 6 Tigers and 6 Shockwave players.
At least thats what one of the Tigers said on hee a few weeks ago( either sykesg or woz i think)

think he has some sponsors lined up

not sure, but if you do a search for nations cup, then its all in the thread there. How could teams like the Russian Legion, Ugly ducklings take only 3 players from any on team when they only have 1 or 2 teams of an (Euro) Xball standard?

if they are allowed to have the whole RL compete as team Russia, then it would be biased against all the other nations by forcing them to field teams full of players from different teams, who are unfamilliar to each other, and make them play against a team like the Ducklings or RL who play regularly together.

the other threads have not really defined it. though there is a new commissioner or something (i beleive) lets wait until he see this and can give a definate answer

I believe that the rule about being made up from three teams is out, and the reason the tigers/shockwave have combined is that there simply arn't enough players from either team to do a full x-ball squad.

Don't no one quote me on this, i don't represent the Millenium in any why, i just read what's posted on the forums.

Hi Guys,

Pete chose 6 Tigers and 6 shock for portugal as there simply hasn't been enough time to organise things and get a mixed team to gel. From the Tigers point of view fielding one team means we don't suffer burn out for the 7 man and allows a second team to consist of other top class fellow brits who want to play for their country. The remaining 2 tigers will be coaching from the side lines.

For portugal taking two 'ready made' teams has timescale advantages, but I know Pete will be watching and asking players who are rocking and who will be attending most if not all of the series.

This isn't x-ball proper but its a chance to represent England and a chance to play even more ball against the best in the world so I hope we do you proud.
