NATION CUP 2004
1. The event is a tournament open to all paintball teams (5-man team + 2 reserves) around the world irregardless of status and standings. It will be the first of an annual event that would take place in Malaysia.
Venue : Xtion Paintball, Sunway Extreme Park
Dates : 10th, 11th & 12th December 2004
The event hopes to:
Create awareness regarding paintball to the Malaysian public.
Showcase Malaysian Paintball Centres and Vendors to the paintball industry worldwide.
Showcase International Centres and Vendors to the Malaysian public.
Showcase Malaysia as a destination for sports tourism where paintball is concerned.
Establish a “family” of those involved in the paintball industry and sport in the region.
Provide the occasion for sponsors to consider the sponsoring of paintball events and teams in the region.
PRIZES
Champion – USD 1,300 & Trophy
Runner Up – USD 750 & Trophy
2nd Runner Up – USD 300
3rd Runner Up – USD 150
Quarter Finalists – Mystery Gifts
The top four teams will receive bonus prizes in addition to medals & certificates
REGISTRATION
Per Team: USD 150
Closing Date: 7th November 2004
I can organise subsidies on fares to Malaysia (on MAS airlines), accomodation and for paintballers to run ''paintball clinics'' to help with funds. You can bring in your kit including markers without any problems - as special permissions have been organised.
