Myth problem

ok so i have been using my myth for the last few months and its awesome.

but today when i filled it, it was pissing out air out of a small hole on the regulator body (right next to the gauge)

...i'm pretty sure that the pressure is to high and thats it venting excess pressure. oh and now it rattles :s

is that not where the burst disk vents? (can remember seeing a vid saying it vents from behind the gauge so as not to do it in your face)

yeah, kinda however its not actually a burst disk (not an external one anyways)

ok a lil rumaging on the nation shows they can be striped with out taking them off the bottle

looking at it there is one slightly dubious looking oring ie its battered.
if i can find a replacement i think that'll sort it.

could do with a lil lube too me thinks, any Dow33 based lube is ok for Tank regs right?
Hater or Dye would both be fine?

jack i have the same issue i spoke to larry and mary i think at guerrila he identified the fault and is rectifying for me. jump on the phone dude theyre so helpfull . he also quoted you need to lubricate the piston with a hydro carbon free lube. i have some some here in a spray ill hook you up when i see you.

yup, Mary emailed me today twice!

proving to be real helpful, they are sending me a whole new piston assembly
