My Z2 reverses twice and then stops?? any help!?

Basically it does this anti jam thing where it spins backwards twice and then doesn't spin at all? not even when i press the buttons? any help of tech support?

Reset it by holding down both arrow key while turning it on.
If this doesn't work adjust the sensor settings etc in the menu onboard.

Thank you but i have tried both of these to no prevail as annoyingly the LED's are not working! have you got any other suggestions as I have brought it second hand and it has come working like this?

The LED's don't work? Oh dear. You are Screwed tbh. Try changing the batteries? ahaha
Otherwise just send it to kee.

Only thing i can suggest would be to make sure that the motor sensing setting (red LED) is at it's stock setting of 2, but without working LEDs you are pretty much stuffed. change the batteries to make sure its not just flat batteries with not enough power to light up the LEDs (or spin the motor) then report back.

EDIT: Does the motor spin forward at all? or does it only stop working when you press the backward button to unjam it?

Change the batteries to brand new high quality ones - mine done that with flat cheap batteries. Then make sure you're not on RF mode
