Hi,
My only suggestion would be to go to somewhere like the Warped Sportz website or the Planet Eclipse website and send an e-mail from the site to the shop with your question in it. That way you should get professional advice in exactly what is going on. Or better still phone Planet Eclipse on +44(0)161 872 5572 and get them to tell you what is wrong over the phone?

Sounds like you have an led angel.
no probs, unscrew the reg out of the front mount. inside the front mount there is a screw, undo it. mount and tube come away. make sure u hang onto the o ring on top of the mount. frame should come right off.
