My Pm Box Is Full!help Plz?

I have deleted all my messages aswell as PM tracking i think and my PM Box is still full can anyone give a step by step answer plz to help me sort this problem cus its doing ma nut in

what does that mean?

when you go into pm's at the top it says show messages from. click on the drop down and select "the beginning" then delete all messages that should clear your pm boxs don't forget to do the same in sent items and message tracking aswell
