Baring in mind you will have a designer to totally redo that as there are strict guidelines for every jersey supplier. Personally not a fan but if you love it go for it!

Personally, I wouldn't put paint splats on it.
You never know when it could come back and bite you during a paint check...

I've had that with a sticker on my hopper -_-
