My love juice is everywhere!

I've just bought an A4 (second hand) and when I opened it up the bolt and breech were covered in love juice. I was under the impression that the juice should only be in the ram/hammer chamber.

Should I just clean and dry the bolt and breech, or is it supposed to be lubed?

I leave mine dry, with the seal on the breach moist. The bolt should lubricate itself, so no need to keep it oiled.

Dont oil the bolt on an angel.

The plastic absorbs the oil and swells causing wear!!!

Noticed now that i.ve wiped my bolt dry that the soft part of the bolt is slightly orange instead of red.

Delrin absorbs water, not oil. I believe that's what they are making Angel bolts out of, right? I think they just told everyone that swelling/oil thing to stop the waste of valuable resources. Thinbk of the gallons of Love Juice saved by people afraid of swollen bolts... it's staggering.

Delrin has been proven not to absorb lube/grease or water enough to cause any swelling. The amount absorbed is negligable.

to much love juice will only clog things up
two drops in the asa every 2/3 cases should be fine
