I am having a little trouble with my ion at the moment. I am using a 3000psi pure energy bottle but i am fluffing shots and i have already had it serviced by planet. Am i using the wrong bottle?

Yeah, try changing the battery for a decent fresh one and see if it makes a difference.

If a shot drops short every now and then, your dwell is too low.

also check ball detents if there worn they maybe sharp and tearing balls
