My Halo B Burnt me........:(

I was fitting a new motor, and eye kit and put the connectors on upside down, (doh!)

Tried to turn it on and my fingers were smoking.

Ive heard that some of the older Halo Bs actually caught fire , and that was through normal use!!!

Nah this one was my fault. No-one to blame but myself. Just to warn future tinkerers of the possible danger.

They should make a way of preventing this, as most motors can go either way.

well, it's the second incarnation of they HALO, so rather than it being a HALO II they named it a HALO B.

Either that or they named it the HALO B*tch for the number of problems they have....
