My cocker, wtf

right, having problems with cocker, it fires when it wants to, not every time i pull the trigger, the lug is set to an early trigger pull, the back block is the right spacing and the bolt has the right amount showing in the breech, but it just wont recock all the time, fires about 5 balls and fails, for some reason it is worse with my delrin bolt as opposed to an all metal bolt. i have sufficient air and a reasonable feeding hopper. any help would be much appreciated.

im 99.99% certain its a mech cocker hes talking about which would remove that element from the equation

Tried adjusting the lug so it fires a bit later in the trigger pull? Bit of a longshot I think.

mmmm could be a few things to be honest would have to have look at it to work out the exact problem.

most likley is the lug is not set long enough to catch every time...try giving it an extra half turn and try it then, sounds like maybe you have over fine tuned it.
set the lug to a working length and then retime it if needed to make your tirgger pull shorter rather than setting the trigger first then reducing the lug.
