theoretically yes ..but you may get a little drop off ,some (older) markers dont like being fed under 1000 but you will get drop off very soon

your marker will run at a pressure below 500 psi (for example a shocker runs at about 180 - 220 psi) so theoretically anything over that will be fine ,so YES your gun will be at the same pressure ,however if you are running a HP air system then the IP to the vert reg will not be the same .
