MS Rules please explain........

Hey guys.

With this our first year playing all the MS just wanted to know some info for it.

Just some rules i am unsure of have tried looking at them on the ms website bu they make no sense to me.

So how many players can you have registered for your team ????
and what is the rule of a player playing a event that hasn't played the rest of the season with you ( if you get what i mean)

so does it have to be the same 7 - 8 all year so on so forth.

any help would be great thanks.

All the below is taken fromt the 06 rulebook so it may change i doubt it thou.

Players per team:
4.01 Teams may have up to 15 players on their roster during a season. Teams in Div1-3 field 7 players in any one game.

Adding players:
3.05 Players cannot switch teams during a season. Once they are registered for a team, they cannot play for a different team in the same calendar year. Exception: Players can switch to a team playing in a higher division, provided all other restrictions (e.g. roster cap) are adhered to and that the agreement of both team captains/owners and the MS commissioner have been granted.

3.09 After a team’s 3rd Millennium Series event the roster of Champions League, Div1 and Div2 teams are locked. If such a team wants to register a player for their roster, who is not present at one of the first three events, they need to provide his full name and birthday before the rosters are locked. Such a player can pick up an ID card later, provided he has been rostered by his team in time.
