Well,
Have you ever played 30 ball limit on a field where you can see through the bunkers?
That place SUCKED!
Games were about 45+ min long on a speedball field

It wasnt boring but it was certainly interesting. At Sparklie's last academy day, weplayed a game on Sup' Air where you could only be at a bunker for 30 seconds and if you stayed longer, you had to walk to the next bunker.
I don't think I have ever had a boring game because I always get an adrenaline rush on the 3,2,1...game on.

It was at a pump tourney down at Holmbush a few years ago. We were the site team playing our B team made up of little ****es. We needed the win and they knew it but they wouldn't give us the win. Instead they all ran and got the flag and then hid in a bush for the whole game. We, doing our normal breakout, didn't see a thing so we spent the whole game walking around looking for the little fu@kers. If any of you have played Holmbush you my have heard of the bunch of kids nicknamed 'The Little Shop Of Horrors' and these were our B team.

Any game against STORM

BREAKOUT......dig trenches, don't shoot.

Nice exciting outlook on the game.
How about the U.K. Cougars? These guys don't even break out. They just walk out and sit and somehow manage to win because teams get so bored they just walk off of the field.

Rental/walk-on day, very big woodland field with a massive slope & flat areas at the top & bottom. My bad leg was feeling a bit "iffy" so I decided I would stay near the flag base which meant I didn't have to go up the hill at all. Spent 10 minutes chatting to the other guys hanging round "in defence" (read: couldn't be bothered to walk/run very far), tried out a couple of each other's markers, watched various eliminated players trudge past us on their way to the safe zone, watched some energetic young guy run the flag in, went back to the safe zone. Didn't shoot a single ball at anything except a tree, got no further than 10 yards onto the big field, only heard a few shots being exchanged all game.

I think any game is as boring as you make it.
If the other team is sitting in their bunkers, put the relevant people in and move to another spot, after you have picked off a couple of players move on the rest and its all over.

Playing people who sit in their bunkers is easier because there are no surprises, you know where they are and that they are pretty much staying there. :)

Not strictly boring...

But just not conventional....

Playing a woodland rec day and when the whistle went for game on myself and another mate stayed at the start and talked golf with one of the marshalls. All the youngsters were out showing off with their new markers and young legs and non-smoking lungs etc and we just couldn't be bothered to play at the start.

Mind you, I managed to find out what was wrong with my swing. It was only when the other team pushed up about 40 yards that we decided to make an effort and actually defend a bit.
