What do you need to do to install a warp feed to an Angel LCD 2K1 without the need to muck up electronics or hack up the body????

All you really need is a replacement feed port, as fitted to earlier angels with the plastic adapter. This basically saves you from having to cut down your existing port. However your existing port may get squashed when trying to remove it from the Angel body.
On the electronics side, all you need to do is connect a pair of wires to the wires going from the circuit board to the solenoid. A pair of small Scotch Lok type connectors are provided.
All you then need to do is install the mounting bracket between your drop forward and the grip frame, and thats about it.
