more pump info needed

i have seen alot of pump cockers how easy is it to convert and what do i need to do it as i have an old mech cocker in my shed but the timing is way out but as i want a pump do i need to sort out timing sorry if this is a noob question

You won't have to sort the timing on the 3-way.
You will need to get a pum kit (to have a pump gun, slaming is a different story).

It's not that difficult even with minimal competence,but it can be pricey..what cocker is it?
I have a few links for pump kits from the USA,but they also pop-up in the classifieds now and then.
You could post a wanted ad,when you know what cocker it is,the year can be crucial because of the pump rod length.
Sometimes it's cheaper to just buy a pumper....

do i need to keep the front block to do this and where can i get a kit for it it is a post 2k cocker cant remember the model i.e carnivior, orracle etc etc i have the front pnue's i wanna swap for a kit from what i remember they are all belsales what can i get for this no pics as camera is knackered(beer+cammera= fooked) cheers for the help
