quite simply

Because, for us to run 5 divisions of 10, would mean that we would add an extra 1.30min to the schedule, and would mean an extra 9 games per field, then we would not start dismantling the site until past 6pm, so we would have to pay the marshals more, our crew more, and ultimately charge you guys more.

7 games has been the norm for years, so what happens we give you 8, are you happy.........no you want 9. Tell you what, you want value for money? play the 2nd Welsh Open! 16 games in 2 days.
