MM Sunday the 16th Feb 2003

Hi All

MM went well yesterday. well done to everyone from MM and the Skirmish Site for making it another great day.

Few problems on the day mainly the cold which as everyone may agree affected the paint.

I was using Victory on the day and i swear i'll never use it again. It was that Sh*t the blades in the hopper were chopping the paint as well as constant smeggs through the barrel.
I believe there was a couple of other teams on the day who was also using V on the day and was also experiencing problems.

A MASSIVE thanks to JINXY from Sad UK who lent me his Marker and to PERV who helped me out with a larger barrell. without his marker i wouldn't of been able to play on the day.

WDP were on top form again, everyone had problems on the day and they battled the day through helping everyone as normal.

Not forgetting the MARSHALLS - did a great job chaps, hope you managed to warm yourself up after sutch a cold day out on the fields.

Post feedback on day and of course how you found the Paint went for you, want to know a more reliable paint to use if it's a cold day.

I believe that the MM is playing in Wrexam any idea what date it will be?

Big fun had by all at from the Scarabs. Thank you Alien for the Mag and the Freak system. WE were using Zap punter paint cos it's all we can afford and we still manged to spank some people. Had some trouble with it in the afternoon, but we looked after it the night before so it worked for us. Did at the last leg too, and we came first in our division then.
Cheers to Rich Cross for guesting at late notice..learned a lot mate.
And as ever to Marchbrook and Gogger for all the help.
The reason the whole weekend was so good and there were no arguments is people were so bloody cold all we wanted to do was get off the pitch at the end of the game and get warm

The next round of the Midlands Masters is on the 16th March at the fantastic Marchbrook leisure Cricket pitch. Due to unpresedented interest we have increased the max teams limited to 56. We already have 48 teams booked in so if you wish to play let us know asap by emailing us at midlandsmaster@aol.com.

i was probably speaking to you yesterday. i was with Warlords sat just about in front of your bay.

I hear that your going to MM in March

Yeah, we'll be there. We're signed up for the whole MM this year. We didn't want to do one here and one there from different tourny's, so we decided to stick to one this year.
I'm the captain of the team and I think I did speak to you a coupla times yesterday. Did you play Elsham with Sam?
