MM DC Verdict

As a result of the incident at the Midlands Masters round 7, on the 13th July 2003.

The following adjudication has been made by the Disciplinary and rules committee.

Simon Cole of RPS Viper is banned from the Midlands Masters events for a period of six calander months, effectiive from the 23th July til 13th January 2004.
Eddie Littlewood has been awarded a -2 point handicap, this will be applied to both his own team, The Kellys and Panic Attack the team he was guesting for.
RPS Viper are also awarded a -2 point handicap.

I have spoken to all parties directly involved, and explained the situation, all parties involved in the incident accept the judgement of the committee and have made good their differences.

Now can we please put this incident behind us, learn from it, and play ball.

correct

In theory, they could walk off -2 points at game over. If they have a bad day and score nothing all day, in a 10 game day they could end up -20 as a final score.

Will this be enforced at Millennium level? as well as UKPL level.

Now thats enough and can we all move on from this.

I had assumed it was a 2 point handicap on the series points at the end of the day. For example, if they win the top division and get 25 points (I think thats correct) they would only actually get 23.

Why should it? Its not as if in say Football if you are banned domestically you are banned for all European games to. This is enough of a punishment.

Unless its changed , a handicap penalty point is deducted from every game played for the rest of the season. So it now means the teams involoved can only attain a 98 point max per game as against a 100 point max that everyone else could score.

....I hope thats right.
