MISSING DM8 PLEASE READ :(

Hello everyone, I have just bought a DM8 off here and it hasn't been delivered to my address. If have recieved it please post up and let me know asap. Do the right thing

if you payed insurance you should be able to claim it back.

Did the sender not insure it ?

It is not your problem until it's recieved, it is the sellers responsibility to ensure the sold goods arrive with you in good condition and are responsible for it until it's signed for by you or a party on your behalf.

yea well get him to refund you and then he can claim it back, our if it's paypal and you can prove it was delivered to wrong adress, also if it was paypal it would of had to of been delivered to adress you have registred with paypal to get you're money back, otherwise if you sent him a diffrent adress on here you wont get a refund of them.
