Make sure the bolt is screwed onto the ram thing properly, if its powerfeed make sure that its lined up properly or it will slow feeding down, then lube everything before touching the timing.

Dude it sound like you have crap in your solinoids, i have just repaired a shocker with similar problems. As the guy says strip the shocker down clean and regrease you will also need to strip the solinoid down and regrease the brass rod in side also check the seals on the rod when you have it apart.

it may also be a bad battery or the spring in the fire poppet needs streching. if you need any more info on stripping the solinoid down let me know

cheers

hmm when you are firing, watch the recharge rate of the reg! if it is taking quite a while to recharge e.g you are running out of enough to gas to do anything but roll the 4th ball out the barrel

then you probably have the wrong reg internals. i am guessing you are running a max flow???

which gas are you running on?

Hi guys, the shocker is running on CO2 with the new lockable smartparts regulator.

There are a couple of suggestions of fixes here but to which marker do they pertain.

The batteries are new in both markers.

Marker one : that the balls drop out of has the internal presure set about 180

Marker two : that smegs every 4th ball has the internal presure set about 130

Get this another shocker in our team firing piston snapped in half two months ago and is still going fine.

cheers guys
