minimag vs. cocker

Im lookin at the two guns and i cant tell why it is that the cocker is so much more popular than the mag. Give me your opinions about the two markers and how they compare. Ive got a friend with a mint minimag that just wants to get rid of it, he'll sell it to me for one hundred bucks. Before i bought it i wanted to know if it would be worth it to wait and get a cocker or not. A deal like this only comes by once in a blue moon, so please respond quickly. I looked and i did not find one forum about mags they were mainly cocker and bushy, i was wondering why. Thanks for the help and for your time.

Well if you want to know about mags then only one place to go www.automags.org but I would say from a simplicity point of view go with the mag but for long term performance go with the cocker but only if you are prepared to learn how the cocker is timed etc, once you have spent a bit of money on a mag you will be done with a cocker you can keep going until you reach a peak with qevs, eblade frame, whatever make internals etc etc.
