Mini Maxflow problem

Hi guys i have a problem with 1 of my regs after i fill it above 1000psi and turn it on it leaks out of the front of the reg.I have allready replaced the seal at the front but its still doing it any ideas?

Its the max flow reg with the 2 gauges bud

The fault may be the main seal.

I just stripped the reg and found the problem there is a brass cap inside the reg and it is broken any idea where i can get 1 from?
