Ok, before I get told off, I have changed the battery to a new one, and I put 'mini leaking' in a techroom search, which yeilded no results.

Like the title says I have a leak from my mini. Its very small and you have to listen carefully to hear it. It seems to be coming from the bolt or poppet , because you need to put your ear to the feedneck to hear it. I've tried cleaning and re-lubing the bolt, bolt guide and poppet, but to no effect. All dwell etc is how it came stock.

Any help would be welcome:)

hmm ,this is either and damaged o-ring on the bolt guide (where the bolt slides up and down) so change the o-rings. If this does not fix you may have dirt in the poppet.

Yeah the most rear o-ring on the thinner part of the bolt guide does seem to be a bit loose....

Thanks for the help:D

Dont not turn the spring around

Under no circumstances turn the spring around you will damage your bolt
The spring on a mini is wider one end than the other the tight end fits firmly over the bolt if you put the wide end on the bolt it can scratch the inside of the mainbody or damage your bolt . turning the mainspring round will not cure any leak your problem is proberly the poppet call kee they will advise you but please dont turn the spring around its wider one end for a reason.

The spring the wrong way round cannot posibly cause a leak when you fire the gun the solenoid diverts air behind the bolt pushing it forward. While the gun is switched off or not being fired there is no gas anywhere near the bolt it just sits there waiting for the solenoid to switch gas to it.
If you put the spring in the wrong way round ie the wide end on the bolt so it fits loose on the bolt that wide end will move up and down with the bolt when you fire the gun and could scratch the inside of the mainbody which would not cause a leak but if scratched the bolt will not come forward as fast as it should and cause all sorts of timing problems resulting in ball breaks. If you look at the video simon stevens done he streses that you put the spring round the right way for this reason.
Your problem was proberly the poppet and when u reassembled it it seated properly and sorted itself out . When u get a slight leak like mentioned here what ususaly cures it is to screw in the velocity adjuster all the way in when it bottoms out give it a nip tighter this beds the poppet seal in and ususaly cures the leak if it does not then the poppet will need to be replaced.

It's very likely the poppet seal like borris said, mine does it occasionaly and unless your being a little pedantic its not really a problem, mine tends to cure itself after I put about a hopper through it, if its at the same magnitude as mine goes I'm sure it would take about a year or something to empty a tank, so its probably not losing enough air to worry about.
You may find after a training session or tournament it will go away for good.
