Mini Barrel

Hi guys.
Im looking to buy a new barrel for my mini but Im not sure which ones are better and was wondering if anyone would recommend any particular type. Im looking at 14" at the moment.

ive been useing a deadlywind carbon barrel on mine its great, can use freak inserts with it, and its as light as anything, makes a nice sound as well,
im selling a empire 14" twister barrel on the forum if your interested,

If money isn't an issue then Dye Ultralite's are probably the best barrel out there.

carbon fibre stiffi switch kit, without a doubt lightest, and best barrel kit out there. Awesome increase in accuracy since I got mine on my mini.

Anything with differant bores to play around with is your best option. When it comes to it a decent fit , the correct bore on any barrel is better than any 60+quid barrel if the bore isn't right

The stiffi also makes your marker alot quieter,and the switch kit comes with interchangeable bore size for different size paint, and further improved accuracy.

Sorry about the double post but thought i'd add something. If you like the fact that the mini is stupidly light (like i do) then your best bet is a carbon fibre barrel of some sort just to bring that weight down even further. Just don't expect to find your barrel in tact if you dive and land funny.

at 17 stone if I land on any of my kit its highly unlikely it will survive lol ! as I found out when I managed to damage my lovely DXS fibre wrapped tank the other night the week after I find out the board has gone down in my mini and needs to be replaced under warranty, funnily enough I never landed on my own mini though, just appears to be an electronic issue, still irritating !

By the way....Mini's rule good choice of marker !
