Millennium Series ID Cards pre registration?

Hey,

Just taking a look at the Millennium website trying to work out how to pre order my player ID for Campaign and I cant find a form or anything to fill in.

Does anyone know how to do this? I dont particularly want to spend 3 hours queueing

what about if ive been "pit crew" for a different team, but now im playing for team "x"?

send them an email, i think you should be ok though as pitting is completly different to playing
