Dye has been out in Toulouse - France since last week working extremely hard at the Millennium Series event out there. Many, if not all staff were out there. This is most probably the reason for the delay in getting a reply.
If you have no contact until
Wednesday/Thursday time (this gives Dye time to get back from Toulouse and re-organise), I would suggest contacting each of these individuals, if they cannot help you directly you will most definatly be pointed in the right direction to be on the receiving end of Dye's excellent customer service!
