Millenium rule question

Never played a millenium before so any help is appreciated. (im from the US)

Do US NPPL rankings affect your millenium ranking? If so how?

The M5 5 man. What are the ranking requirments for this?

no, you can go in the M5 or M5 Div 1 for 2008. div 1 M7, SPL, and CPL is locked

pretty sure thers no such thing as DIV 2 M7.
