How do you go about getting one, if im going to the dam i might need one so i can play, but my team isnt going. Can you get an individual I.D card? what happens if you change teams?

Put simply
You register at Amsterdam with the team you play with.
That is your card but you are registered to that team.
Next Mill - new team - take your card to the booth and get charged 15euros for the privilege.
This is to cover the change of teams and a new card.
Beware what happened to us last year (Rushers that is) 2 of us guested 1st round (Germany) and they didnt get the cards ready by the end. At the Dam they charged us 15 euros to change teams - even though they still hadnt produced the card (so there couldnt be any cost as such - apart from changing team name on the database). At Toulouse we finally get the card and - yes it had the wrong info on it (the info from Germany).
I eventually got my correct card at Campaign!!!!
To be fair they are generally pretty good and should be better this year with the new guys.
It would save a lot of grief if they just registered players in each ranking group - as you can transfer internally as much as you like. Then players who want to play multiple Mill's but have no team to do it can do so without paying yet another 15euros every time. The admin will then just need to cheque that cards are valid and that they all are for players within the ranking. Any changes of rank would need to pay the fee - no probs.
