millenium germany - travel and hotel advice

I am trying to get things organised to get my team out to germany.
never been there before and would like some advice on cheap hotels and nearest airport,

cheers.

dan, drive there , it will be very easy for u lot , its only about 3 1/2 hours from Calais

Hotels , there is only a couple to choose from .

Make sure u take pack lunchs as well , food suks at site and there is only one pizza place and chinese :)

It is up to you, what ever you wanna pay I would recommend one of the hotels which are close to th site, its either the Youthhostel (real cheap), the Sportschule, (quite average) or the Eifelstern (not really expensive). All the party is going on in the Eifelstern clubs, this is the place where the pros are and if I were you I would go there.

I'd prefer the Youtel. F*ckin cheap (including breakfast). And if you wanna party go to the Eifelstern just a few Mins away. That way you can spend more mo for chigs and beer. :D

the good thing about th whole Maxs Masters Bitburg site is, that you have almost everyone packed in a rather small area, everything is in walking distance, ...

our first thought was to have a couple of guys driving with gear then the rest flying over.

I'm not sure how the laws are going to effect flying with gear etc, but it would be a bummer to get caught out on the way there and it ruining your weekend,
