Mill Events counting for NPPL Series

I know that Toulouse and London both count for the NPPL points standing. I recently heard that the Iberian Cup would also be counted. Is this true? If not, are Toulouse and London the only 2 events that count for the NPPL?

I would email Camille but with the schedule not being out yet (2 days before an event) I doubt I would get any sort of reply soon.
