i looking into getting a new marker and the ego looks a good gun so if you have one , have owned one or know alot about them, please tell me what to expect and what they are like to own, at the moment i shoot a nyx trix, i know its heavy but in three years this gun has never let me down and if it leaks it's only a oring which is very easily fixed, and its rearly soft on paint, are egos as gentle or are they a bit harsh.
your thoughts would be greatly appriciated

Out of the box me ego shot like a dream, only needed the smallest of adjustments (trigger and velocity) and it was awsome, i then got all the upgrades i could for it and it now shoots like a wet dream ;) :D

i too can vouch for the Ego..

it is a fabulous gun out of the box, and anything extra you do to it just makes her sexy!

-its easy to mainain.
-its fast
-its reliable
-its light
-its gorgeous.
- there going cheap as chips second hand at the moment!!

as for gentle on paint.. its ok, nothing special, but nothing an aftermarket bolt wont solve.

The only thing I would suggest asothers havementioned is the dart bolt, which will be bettr on paint & if you fancy.... the 2 peice shaft barrel is great...

Other than that its a cracking marker....just add paint & air..... & from a personal standpoint reloader b's work great with them...

Darky out

All over the Duvet, which you then have to hide from your mum!:D

Had my Ego a little while, and being a bit Techy, tend to be critical of certain things.

I loved my cocker, but heavy and can be problematic in untrained hands...loved my DM4, would shoot anypaint as fast as you like..bit gas hungry and far too many o-rings for my liking...built a scratch Shocker....very light, not fantastic build quality, certainly fast and easy to shoot, gas hungry (spool valve again) and again too many o-rings..too easy to blow teh solenoid...my Ego, has almost no moving parts, sod all o-rings, well built, peice of piss to maintain, light, fast and pretty efficient..its teh bets gun Ive ownedor shot and as you can see, its very pretty (thanks Slothball!)
