Looking to get back into tourneys at cpps next season. Based in Leicester so I have good access to Nottingham and cpps. Haven't played for 4 years so super rusty to say the least, need to start training now and get my head back in the game.

My teams always looking for players bud based in and around Manchester but play train at Cpps

Any idea on how often you train?

Its is bud next year will be 3 or 4 teams entering from breakin to div 4 or 5 we normally train 2 wks before each round as a minimum
