Are we ok to pay the deposit on the day or ya need it sent to you by cheque ? ta
also do we need to pre book paint if we wish to buy ity there?

DEPOSITS

You can pay on the day but it is preferable if you can send a deposit prior to the event. It guarantees your place and means less cash to carry round on the day.

You can book you paint in advance if you want ring Les and let him know how much you will need.

Rolling Deposits for next year will be taken later in the year.

There will be a "proper bar" on site on the Saturday prior to the event, and eric has volunteered to provide some cool tunes in the marque on the Saturday night, Jim & Gill may even do another one of their BBQ's, Free camping should be quite a finale.

On a seperate note, the presentation evening is set for the Friday 29th August, entry is now free, entertainment to be announced, late bar.
