MIDLANDS MASTERS 2003 - ROUND 4 - All Sup-air

Round four of the MM, is being held at the very impressive Team Spirit site, nr Ancaster, on the 20th April, places are ltd, and are going fast.
The event will be run on 4/5 sup-air arena's.
There will be go-karting available on the Saturday, and free camping and a beer tent are being arranged. Book now to avaoid dissapointment.
Entry is £150.00 per team and includes air@4500psi thanks to H-Pac services, and C02.

whats up with the rest of the Epoch team is cost of travelling that high?

For the IOM contigent to attend

We would be looking at about 7-800 pounds before we even set foot on English shores, add fuel, digs etc, and our 2 team ensemble easily spends 1000-1300 quid

No, as a team

But still works out at about 100 pounds each before paint, and before entry fees etc etc. Plus what you also have to take into account, is that we cant just drive there on the Saturday night, and drive back home after the event. We have to get a boat over on the Saturday morning at 06:00, and then (if we are lucky and pay more) get a boat back at 18:00 sunday evening. Usually though, we have to get the 02:15 boat back on Monday morning, so have to take the Monday off = more holidays taken.

works out at £103.80 before paint and petrol(cant be that expensive between five for petrol)

Can you imagine 13 players, with kit, with airsystems, with sleeping bags and tents + paint not only trying to get on board a plane with no hassle from security. Also trying to squeeze into a Nissan Micra?

I see your point, but we go with a Ford Transit, and a Astra Estate crammed with kit, no way we could fly.
