MIDLANDS MASTERS 2003 - Provisional Dates

To all the players out there,

Thanks for making 2002 such an outrageous sucess, hopefully 2003 will be even better for us and YOU the players.

New for 2003 the Midlands Masters series will feature over eight legs, six of the events will be purely concept - sup-air, one purely woodland, and one mixed, all events are 5man, centre flag, BYO.

New seeding system in place for 2003, new series points system, and all events will be unlimited paint.

Already a number of companies have approched the MM with a view to sponsoring the series for next year, so watch this space for developments.

As with previous years the series winners will win a free entry into the Campaign Cup, Plus paint.

Provisional Dates and venues for MM2003:-

26-Jan-03 - Paintball Park, Kidderminster - MM 2003 - Rd 1.
16-Feb-03 - to be confirmed - MM 2003 - Rd 2.
16-Mar-03 - Marchweil Wrexham - MM 2003 - Rd 3.
20-Apr-03 - Paintball Jungle, Nottingham - MM 2003 - Rd 4.
11-May-03 - NPG Uttoxeter - MM 2003 - Rd 5.
22-Jun-03 - to be confirmed - MM 2003 - Rd 6.
13-Jul-03 - to be confirmed - MM 2003 - Rd 7.
24-Aug-03 - NPG Uttoxeter - MM 2003 - Rd 8.

In addition MM are proud to present a new four event series aimed at new entry and novice teams, "King of the Hill", these events will run once every three months, are 5man, centre flag,byo air & ltd paint. The winner of each leg wins a free entry to the next leg. Entry is £125.00 per team.

Provisional dates for King of the Hill are:-

9-Feb-03 - Activ8 Paintball Co, W-ton - King of the Hill - Rd 1.
18-May-03 - to be confirmed - King of the Hill - Rd 2.
17-Aug-03 - 1Activ8 Paintball Co, W-ton King of the Hill - Rd 3.
16-Nov-03 - to be confirmed - King of the Hill - Rd 4.

Additionally MM will be hosting the following two day events:-

May 30th -June 1st - NPG Uttoxeter - 2nd Central England Open.
Aug 2-3 - Milton Keynes - Campaign Warm Up - tbc.
Sep 27- 28 - Marchweil Wrexham - 2nd Welsh Open.

19-Oct-03 - Paintball Park, Kidderminster. Memorial Cup. 7man - Open. BYO.

Count us in...

There is no other tournament series worth entering... all credit due to the MM boys... you can count Legion and Legion II in for all the dates in the MM 2003 series and anything else you care to organise also Legion II will be entering the four date series...
Our Game has progressed as a result of playing this series and we are hoping next year it will take us further and bring on the game of Legion II.
