Hey guys my mother in law has medical air bottles delivered they are pressurised to 200 bar would these be any good for using in the back garden so as not to waste the air in my tank? Just wondering lol

200bar is approximately 3000psi, so at first things are ok
Assuming the medical air is breathing air then the air quality is ok

However the output pressure must not be 3000psi (unless you're using it to fill your paintball cylinder) paintball cylinder regulators are at a maximum of 850psi, but may be 650psi
But it's more likely to be regulated right down to something like 4bar / approx 50psi which will be inadequate

That doesn't take into account fittings

Also - getting them delivered probably means she needs it more than you need to play in the garden
