its simple really, the hotel company know there is a large event nearby for that date period, so they increase the rate during the event as they know people will stay there. We do it all the time

it might just be me with my cynical mind, but its strange how Centerparks are fully booked for the 4 days of the milleniums and rooms/houses are only available for a higher price through Maxs

Multimap puts Centerparks 45mins drive away from the site aswell, is that right?
