maxflow inline help- leak

theres a leak in the first guage on the maxflow, i took a couple of pics, but forgot to circle the actual area on paint, its leaking out of the side of the guage, theres a small hole, no idea what its for, but its leaking a fair bit of air...

check this out, its the manual for the reg

if it is leaking from the body where the gauge screws into the main reg body then it could be that emptying the tank, removing the gauge and sealing it using PTFE tape before screwing it back on may solve your problem.

Either the above or the guage needs replacing if its actually leaking from that rather than the threads around it! Is it a hole in the guage front (the plastic 'lens') if so, they all have that.

Been a bit sus of inlines since a mate picked one up (off another forum) & when he asked me to check out the leak I found a crack in the body
Sure it was an isolated case, but also sure the seller knew too

They all have that hole in the side..it's a vent.

Mine went recently on a 5000psi tank...so had to change the guage.

Your guage is poopered.
