There are o-rings all over the beastie (but not in the screw-in end as far as I know)!
Quick question though: are you adjusting the output, and if so, are you giving it time to settle in to the new setting? The max-flo hisses a bit as it equalises the pressure, but should sort itself out in a few seconds.

Where is it leaking from, and how much?

sounds like the o ring on the bottle neck if it was working before u took it out and not when u put it back in, maybe torn or unseated. the sp american site always used to have a good tech section for faults etc. not sure if it still does

is it leaking out of the little brass nut or out of the cap on the end, if it's coming out of the nut, turn your output pressure to less than 200psi, worked for me!!

holy **** dude, pardon my language, but you had your max flo over 200??!!?!?!
on my shocker, i had it at 170 and it was shootin over 285fps, that was before i put my new bolt in, New Designz delrin bolt, now its at like 140...maybe its me but that seems hella high

Well it all kinda depends on dwell settings and such like, doesn't it? :)

GENERALLY, the max flow shouldn't need to go over 200, but just to make sure you don't blow your solenoid, there is a safety feature (ie, that brass nut thing) which releases pressure if you dial it up too much.

As to why that should leak when the pressure is set to below 200, I have no idea. Might be worth showing it to someone at SP... :(
