Ok here it goes.....

After gassing up my max flow (4500psi) I've found that the one/off tap has changed...

when at 0* (12 o'clock) its on
when at 45* about 1:30 its off
and when at 3 o'clock its on.

Whould anyone know whats up with it and how I can fix it???
Still works great when at o* but looks a tad odd cos it looks like my gas is off when its really on

My input pressure is at 175psi btw

sounds to me like the knob has moved! has it got a grub screw in the side holding it in place....if it has turn the gas off...take the grub screw out take the knob off put in the right place and re fit the screw....if not then i dunno

Ok I know what you mean and what I need to do since where it is (45*) the little gap is at 12o'clock which is off, but when I turn to 0* or 90* it would move not being at the top.

Its gassed up so I'm guessing I would need to de gas or can I do it while still gassed up???

in theory as all you are doing is taking the knob off should be ok gassed but for safetys sake id degass it first...and dont force anything

nah ....think about it
if it was anything other than the knob on funny, it would prob be leaking allover the place!
its common sence with anything that turns on and off that the knob might slip!
