Max-Flow Help.

Hi..

Just fitted a Front reg mount to my Impulse and now it's Pi$$ing Air from what appears to be the end cap of the max-flow. Anyone any ideas what might cause this and how to fix it?

yeah turn the output pressure down on your main reg, the inline i haveing to dump air to keep the pressure to what u have set.

at least i think thats the answer it not it wont hurt anyway..

I;m running a Melee preset.. so no can do..

A Teammate of mine thinks I might have the piston thing in the end cap upside down.. will check that tomorrow.

Try this:

With the gas on
Take off the regulator knob/cap, and take out the brass piston, if there is leak noise from the place where is a litle pin sticking out, you have a busted o'ring on the other side of the regulator.

Time to replace.
Just turn over the gas, de-gas, the marker, and replace the damaged o'ring, you'll see what one is it after you open the remaining regulator, it's the one that goes in with the pin.

Yes.

It is one of the procedings (in the manual) for verification of the o'ring I mention.

Did as suggested above and it's leaking like the Titanic, so I assume it's an O-Ring inside the top part.. Shame I havent got an allen key big enough
